Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, minced
    1 clove garlic
    1 egg
    1/2 c. precooked rice
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Mix all but soup and water.
    Form into balls.
    Brown in frypan.
    Pour soup mix over and boil slowly one hour.
