Chicken Marengo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cut up chicken
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/4 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. white flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and thyme; brown in oil. Set aside.
    Saute onion and garlic in same pan.
    Add chicken and rest of ingredients.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
