Herb Stuffing Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 slices day old white or wheat bread
    2 Tbsp. minced dried onion
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Slice bread into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Spread bread cubes evenly in a large shallow baking pan.
    Toast bread cubes in a 300\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden, stirring once.
    Remove from oven.
    Cool slightly.
