Egg Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
1 lb. bacon or other breakfast meat
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
12 eggs
1 c. milk
Preparation

Remove crust from bread.
Place in a well-greased, 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer bacon (cooked, drained and broken), cheese and parsley flakes over the bread.
Beat eggs and milk until fluffy.
Pour over the top of everything.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until eggs are set.
