Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. summer squash
    1 small onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. pimento
    1 carrot, grated
    1 stick margarine
    1 pkg. Mrs. Culberson dressing
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender with diced onion, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add soup, sour cream, pimento and carrot.
    Add two-thirds of margarine and two-thirds of stuffing to ingredients.
    Place in greased casserole; top with remaining dressing and melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
