Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. ground beef or turkey
    2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
    12 corn tortillas
    3 eggs
    1 c. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack
    2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Break tortillas into quarters. Mix the meat, taco seasoning, salt, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cook until the meat is done.
