Whipped Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour and milk in pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Cool.
    Combine butter, sugar and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy.
    Beat cooked milk mixture into butter mixture.
    Beat on high speed until frosting resembles whipped cream.
    This frosts 9 x 13-inch pan.
