Chiffonade Dressing(Makes About 8 Ounces) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 hard-cooked egg, grated
    1 tsp. chives or scallions, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and shake thoroughly. An excellent dressing for mixed greens.
