Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 lb. brisket
    3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. celery salt
    pepper
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Paint meat with mixture (liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion salt and celery salt).
    Wrap in foil.
    Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Paint with 3 tablespoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
    Bake fat side up at 225\u00b0 for 6 to 8 hours.
    Slice thin.
