Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 onion, cut fine
    1 c. celery, cut fine
    2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and boil in salted water until soft.
    Peel and slice into a bowl with alternate layers of onion, celery and eggs. Mix with the following dressing and refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
