Spinach Ring With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. raw chopped spinach or 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    2 c. scalded milk
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. mushrooms
Preparation
    Scald milk and pour over beaten eggs and season. Stir in spinach.
    Pour into greased 1-quart mold.
    Set in pan of hot water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until firm.
    Turn out and fill center with mushrooms sauteed in butter.
