"Sugar Free" Angel Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    1 can crushed pineapple (natural juice)
    1 small carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Tear cake into small chunks.
    Add drained pineapple.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Chill in freezer for 1/2 hour.
    Simple but good!
