Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red peppers
    12 green peppers
    12 onions, ground
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    3 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Grind peppers and cover with boiling water.
    Let set 5 minutes, then drain well.
    Add onions and other ingredients; boil for 5 minutes and seal while hot.
