Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bottle liquid smoke
    1 brisket
    1 bottle barbecue sauce
    celery seed
    onion salt
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Marinate brisket overnight in liquid smoke.
    Next morning, line large pan with foil or use large roaster.
    Put meat and liquid smoke in pan and add barbecue sauce.
    Sprinkle with celery seed, onion salt and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover; bake 5 to 6 hours.
    Uncover and bake 1 hour to brown at 300\u00b0.
