Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups self-rising corn meal
    1/2 cup self-rising flour
    2 eggs
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 cup grated sharp cheese
    1/2 cup cooking oil
    1 cup cream corn
    1 pod hot green pepper
    1/2 red bell pepper or 1/2 jar small pimento
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Grease and flour pan.
    Mix the ingredients (except cheese). Pour 1/2 of mixture into pan.
    Then add the cheese.
    Pour remaining mixture on top of cheese.
    bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
