Unleavened Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. very hot water
    1 c. flour mixed with dash of salt
Preparation
    Stir water into flour and salt.
    Place on a floured board and knead the dough a few times.
    Wrap the dough in plastic wrap.
    Let it stand for five minutes.
    Heat an oven to 350\u00b0 or an electric frying pan to medium hot.
    Pinch off small balls of dough and flatten them with your hands.
    Bake in an oven for ten minutes or in an ungreased frypan on both sides until lightly browned.
