Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    2 green peppers, sliced
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    8 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 c. cold water
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 can (small) bean sprouts
Preparation
    Preheat oil in skillet.
    Add meat and brown at 325\u00b0.
    Remove meat.
    Add onion and peppers; cook until tender.
    Dissolve cornstarch in water; add soy sauce, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into skillet with vegies, stirring until sauce is thickened.
    Add meat and bean sprouts.
    Cook 7 minutes.
    Serve over rice or fine egg noodles.
