Ingredients

2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar. Add vanilla and flour. Stir potato chips in by hand. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden. When cool, sift powdered sugar on all sides of cookie. Yield: 8 dozen.
