Cream Puffs And Eclair Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. all-purpose flour, sift with sifter
    4 eggs
    chocolate pudding and vanilla pudding (cook pudding mix)
    powdered sugar
    chocolate icing
Preparation
    Put water, salt and butter in pot; let come to boil.
    Turn heat low.
    Pour flour in pot.
    Mix until mixture leaves side of pot.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 egg at a time.
    Flour will break into pieces.
    Keep beating until mixture comes to a ball.
    Cook pudding and cool.
    Take 1 teaspoon flour and small bowl of water to wet fingers.
    Shape and put on cookie sheet.
    Bake until golden brown at 350\u00b0.
    After cool, use a catsup squeezer to fill shells. Put pudding at end of shell.
    Sprinkle powdered sugar on cream puffs and chocolate icing for eclairs.
