Applesauce Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 c. applesauce
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat egg; add applesauce and oil.
Combine dry ingredients and nuts and add to applesauce mixture.
Stir just until blended. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool and sprinkle on top with powdered sugar.
