Sweet And Sour Chicken Wings And Drums - cooking recipe
Ingredients

a big bunch of wings and drums (about 2 lb.)
garlic powder
salt
pepper
2 eggs, beaten
cornstarch
vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. shoyu (soy sauce)
3 Tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Season chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Dip pieces into egg.
Roll in cornstarch. Fry in oil until browned. Arrange meat in foil lined pan. Combine shoyu, ketchup, sugar, vinegar and chicken broth.
Pour over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Turn meat every 15 minutes. Serves 6.
