Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    2 onions, diced
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. ground pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 sleeve saltines, crushed
    1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Form into desired shape around 8 ounce block of Cheddar cheese. Put into roaster and add 2 cups of water.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Remove lid for last 10 minutes of baking.
    Cool 15 minutes before slicing.
