Veal Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced veal
    1/4 c. flour
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    juice of 1 1/2 lemons
    10 sprigs parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Pound veal very thin with a meat mallet.
    Dip slices in flour; shake off excess.
    Brown on both sides in butter in skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Reduce heat; cook 5 minutes.
    Add lemon juice and parsley.
    Cook 1 minute longer.
    Place veal on serving plate; spoon pan juices over veal.
