Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cooking oil
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. soda
3 c. flour
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Beat eggs; add sugar and beat well. Add pineapple, carrots, oil and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and mix well; add nuts.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until done.
