Great Tasting Lasagna Without The Guilt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. eye of round steak
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1 c. liquid egg substitute
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    16 oz. 1% cottage cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut beef into very small pieces.
    Brown beef and onion in skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Add sauce mix, tomato sauce, tomato paste and 3 1/2 cans of water.
    Let simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir frequently.
    Cook noodles according to package directions; rinse and drain.
    Mix together Parmesan cheese, egg substitute and cottage cheese.
