Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, pared and sliced thin
1/4 c. minced onion
1 3/4 c. medium white sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Grease two quart casserole.
Add salt and pepper to basic white sauce.
Alternate layers of potatoes, onion and sauce, ending with sauce.
Bake covered 1 hour.
Uncover and continue baking 30 minutes more until potatoes are tender and top is browned.
