Sunny Angel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    Pinch of salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. hot water
    6 egg yolks
    3/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. flour mixed with 1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt until stiff. Slowly add sugar and flour.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into angel cake pan.
    Beat hot water, egg yolks, sugar, and salt for 3 minutes or until lemon yellow.
    Add flour mixed with baking powder and beat well.
    Add lemon flavoring.
    Pour into pan on top of white mixture.
    Bake in a very slow oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
