Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
rind of lemon grated
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix butter or margarine and sugar.
Add the 2 eggs and beat. Add milk, lemon rind, flour, salt, baking powder and nuts.
Put in 1 large or 2 small bread pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Mix juice of one lemon and 1/2 cup sugar.
When done poke holes in bread and pour lemon/sugar mixture over the top.
