Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sauerkraut, drained
1/4 c. grated onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. sour cream
1 can corned beef
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
4 slices rye bread, cubed
1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation

Place sauerkraut in a 9 x 12-inch dish.
Sprinkle grated onion and garlic powder over kraut; spread on sour cream.
Crumble beef over cream.
Spread cheese over beef.
Top with bread cubes.
Pour melted butter over bread.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
