Milo'S Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large clove garlic
    salt to crush garlic
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
    2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice (fresh)
    2 tsp. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Creole mustard or Poupon
Preparation
    Using a fork
    in a wooden bowl, crush garlic with salt. Pour in olive
    oil and mix well.
    Combine other ingredients in order listed
    (hot
    sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lime or lemon juice, wine vinegar
    and mustard), mixing well after each one. Prepare to use
    with
    green
    tossed
    salad or bean salad.
    Let marinate at least 1 hour.
