Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. grated coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding in sugar, still beating.
Fold in sifted flour and salt, coconut and vanilla. Drop on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
