Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add milk.
    Sift flour, measure, add salt.
    Combine with egg mixture.
    Add melted butter.
    Beat slightly (may appear lumpy).
    Pour into well-greased custard cups.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 8 popovers.
