Come On Over Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 egg whites
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Crush crackers.
    Mix nuts and baking powder.
    Beat egg whites; add sugar and vanilla.
    Fold crackers, nuts and baking powder mixture into egg whites.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes; cool completely.
