Tin Roof Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. white corn syrup
2 c. honey nut cornflakes
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
chocolate syrup
3 Tbsp. salted peanuts, chopped
Preparation

Stir together peanut butter and corn syrup.
Add cornflakes and stir until coated.
Press in cake pan or pie pan.
Chill.
Put ice cream in crust and freeze.
Remove 10 minutes before serving.
Top with chocolate syrup and salted peanuts.
