Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    2 tomatoes
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 pkg. frozen flour or corn tortilla shells
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 cans Campbell's nacho cheese soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet; add taco seasoning mix.
    Drain and set aside.
    In large bowl, use lettuce, chopped onion and tomatoes to make a salad.
    In large, deep pan, layer tortillas, salad, meat and soup until all is used (usually 3 to 4 layers).
    Garnish with slices of green pepper.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
