Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. bread crumbs or crackers
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 chicken breasts, split (4 pieces)
    1/4 c. white wine
    1/4 c. green onions
    1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan. On wax paper, combine next 6 items. Dip chicken in butter and roll in crumb mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Add wine, onion and parsley to remaining butter.
    Pour over and around chicken.
    Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
    Serves 4.
