Cherry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. flour
    8 oz. cream cheese
    9 oz. container Cool Whip
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. (scant) powdered sugar
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 large can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Melt oleo and mix 1/4 cup sugar, flour and nuts.
    Press into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until brown.
    Cool.
