Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. baking power
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, margarine and baking powder into crumbs with hands.
    Save some of this mixture (about 1/2 cup) to sprinkle on the top.
    Break eggs into balance of crumbs and add milk.
    Flavor with vanilla and beat very hard.
    Pour into shallow 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cinnamon and nuts may be sprinkled on the top if desired.
