Chicken Continental Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. celery flakes
    2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 1/3 c. rice (Minute, uncooked)
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Combine soup, onion and seasoning in saucepan.
    Gradually add water and blend thoroughly.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour soup mixture over uncooked Minute rice in shallow casserole dish.
    Stir just to moisten.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes (or until rice absorbs most of the liquid).
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Garnish with parsley, if desired.
    Makes 4 servings. Serve with fried chicken.
