Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 well-beaten eggs
    3 c. cut rhubarb
    1 recipe plain pastry
Preparation
    Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter.
    Add eggs; beat smooth.
    Add rhubarb and mix well.
    Pour into 9-inch pastry shell. Top with another pastry shell.
    Cut slits in top.
    Bake in hot oven (450\u00b0) 10 minutes, then in moderate oven (350\u00b0) about 30 minutes.
