Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small hot pepper, minced (optional)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Add milk and oil. Fold in other ingredients.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
