Polly'S Spinach And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkgs. 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. minute rice
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. red pepper
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook spinach in boiling water until tender.
    Drain thoroughly. Cook rice in 1 c. water with bouillon cubes.
    Mix spinach, rice, cheese, butter, salt and pepper.
    Bake in a greased casserole dish 350 for 30 minutes.
