Summer Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts, grilled and chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. grapes, halved
    3/4 c. toasted, slivered almonds
    1 can drained pineapple tidbits
    1 can mandarin oranges (optional)
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    Salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside. Combine next 4 ingredients.
    Add to chicken mixture, tossing to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
    Serve with cantaloupe, grapes, and strawberries.
