Steak Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    2 lb. thin sliced round or flank steak
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery until soft.
    Add stuffing and water. Mix well.
    Pound steak, cut into 8 pieces.
    Place 1/4 cup stuffing near center and roll.
    Fasten with toothpick.
    Brown in skillet. Add soup and water.
    Cover.
    Cook 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Spoon sauce over.
    Remove meat.
    Add sour cream.
    Heat.
    Makes 8 servings.
