Pot Roast Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    2/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion
Preparation
    With wet hands, shape into loaf in center of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Peel and slice 1/4-inch thick 4 medium potatoes and 1 onion. Peel and quarter lengthwise 4 medium carrots.
    Place vegetables in layers around meat.
    Cook one hour at 375\u00b0.
