Beef Roast One Dish Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. beef roast
    5 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 large onion
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
    6 large potatoes, cut in half
    4 large carrots, cut in half
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Rinse roast. Coat with flour and place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce, lemon-pepper seasoning, salt and pepper. Slice onion and place on top. Surround with potatoes and carrots. Fill dish with water to 1/2-inch from top. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 2 1/2 hours.
