Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 to 2 c. starter (leave enough starter to feed next week)
    6 c. bread flour
    1 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all in large bowl (will be doughy).
    Cover and let rise until double in size about 6 to 8 hours.
    Turn onto floured board and knead out air bubbles.
    Divide into 3 parts.
    Grease 3 bread pans with Pam.
    Let rise until to top of pan (around 3 to 5 hours). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
