Real German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boiling potatoes
    3 Tbsp. chopped onions
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. vinegar
    4 hard-cooked eggs, cubed
Preparation
    Boil unpeeled potatoes until tender. Drain, peel and thinly slice or cut into bite-size pieces.
    In a large bowl, combine potatoes, salt and pepper to taste, vinegar, onions, bacon, eggs and salad oil.
    Mix well.
    Serve hot or cold.
