Italian Roast Pepper Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large jar roast peppers
    1 large can black olives
    1 small tomato, chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh or dried parsley
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. or more broccoli florets, cooked
    1 Tbsp. fresh or dried basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    In a small bowl, stir together the oil, garlic, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Toss well; chill completely.
    Arrange in platter to serve.
