Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. oil
    32 oz. tomato sauce
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ground chuck, rice and seasonings together.
    Form into balls.
    Brown in hot oil, turning frequently until light brown but not crusty.
    Drain off oil or fat; add tomato sauce mixed with water.
    Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
